Q: What is the Hosted Buyer VIP Program?
A: The hosted VIP Buyer Program offers a limited number of free VIP Hosted Buyer passes to qualified individuals to attend the INSIPIRE SUMMIT 2017 in Miami at the Four Seasons Hotel, Sept 18 – 19 2017.
Q: Who qualifies for the free VIP Hosted Buyer passes?
A: Senior members of management, executives, owners and/or developers of 4-star, 5-star or luxury hospitality organizations may apply. Passes are limited and only a certain number of applications will be approved. The ILHA reserves the right to select who - if any - applicants will be approved for a VIP Hosted Buyer Pass.
Q: What is included with the pass?
A: You will have all access to the INSPIRE SUMMIT including any receptions and meals provided. It does not include hotel or travel which you will need to arrange on your own.
Q: Why are the passes free?
A: These passes were donated by our sponsors. They want to meet people like you. We will send you a list of 6 sponsors names prior to the event and we ask that you visit their stands and introduce yourself during the conference and attend at least 1 of our 3 networking sessions on the agenda.
Q: Do I need to attend the entire 2 day summit?
A: No, when you fill out the application form you can select if you want to attend 2 days, 1 day or just the industry/showcase on the evening of the 18th.
Q: What if I cant make it and need to cancel?
A: Please notify email@example.com in writing by November 25, 2017 in order for us to invite a wait-listed Hosted Buyer in your place. Out of respect to the sponsors who are paying for your catering and VIP pass we reserve the right to charge a $100.00 no show fee if you do not cancel in time or attend but do not visit at least 1 networking session and the requested sponsors stands.
Q: How will I know if I am selected for a free VIP Hosted Buyer Pass?
A: If selected you will receive a 100% discount code to use to register as a Hosted Buyer for the event. It will reduce the entire ticket price to zero.
