Phil Keb was recently appointed as Global Executive Vice President of Gencom. Gencom is a family of companies involved in all aspects of the hospitality industry. Founded in 1987 by Karim Alibhai, the Gencom family of companies have become one of North America’s leading hospitality and luxury hospitality-related residential real estate investment and development firms.

Before joing Gencom, Phil was named Executive Vice President of Development – The Americas and Europe for Langham Hospitality Group in January 2015. In this role, Keb is responsible for expanding the footprint of Langham Hotels and Resorts, which includes the luxury properties for The Langham and Langham Place brands, as well as upscale developments for the Cordis and Eaton brands. Keb is actively pursuing investment opportunities and management contracts throughout the United States, Western Europe, the Caribbean and South America. Keb began his hospitality career with Hyatt Hotels Corporation where he held various management positions in the design and construction group. He is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology and a long time active member of the Recreational Development Council of the Urban Land Institute.
